After we confirm your payment, we will pack your product and hand in your goods to DHL.
After we receive the tracking number of your goods, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.

WARNING :

We recommend getting postage insurance for the item you order. Its your choice, if you want to use our in house Insurance or third party from your location. In case of any damage to the item during voyage/transport of item outside of Japan, We would not be able to cover any claim.
